Real estate business is the worst field which suffered at most in the middle of economy crisis today. All things which have planned in fact not work so well and even it becomes bad thing at all. The result of bad business sin real estate makes people don’t want to involve with this area anymore until the real estate business is fully recovered. Among all problems occurred, real estate I know still have a chance to grow up again in the future because we all know that real estate product is the primary product for people living so with nice tough and the distressing from economy crisis I think in the future real estate business will claim again its victory. Applying loan for buying house is still possible today but with harder requirement than in the past because the banks and financial institutions don’t want to deal with the sub prime mortgage case anymore. Yes, the ordinary home mortgage loan is still available for all people without bad credit status. This way is still the best solution for people who don’t have enough money but they want buy house with loan schema. Inside this mechanism, people can see what house they like and then they sign in application for house loan.
